  • Water: 4 Cup (for two-person)
  • Ginger: grated ginger 1tsp or 4/5 thin-sliced ginger.
  • Cinamon: one piece.
  • Lemon: 2 tsp.
  • Tea powder: 1tsp.
  • Honey: 1 tsp per cup.


  1. First, take enough water to prepare tea. If you are making tea for two persons, take four cups of water. The water has to be reduced by boiling it.
  2. Then add grated or thin sliced ginger to it. Grated ginger is better than a slice one for quick extraction.
  3. Add one piece of cinnamon with ginger if you like it. The smell will be good for cinnamon.
  4. Then turn on the flame and boil it until it lessens to two cups. The more you boil, the more flavor will come out. But not more than 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, add 1tsp tea powder and wait 5 minutes. Remember, don’t over boil after mixing tea power. It tasted bitter then.
